The Studio Network

The right people for the right idea.

You bring the vision. We bring the right people around it.

For every project we assemble a small group of specialists and hold the strategic and creative line around them.

Photographers, chefs, producers, set builders, sound people, service teams. Who belongs in the room depends entirely on what the room has to do.

There is no public roster here and no searchable directory. A list of names would suggest that the answer exists before the question does.

What you engage is the judgement about who belongs in the room — and the responsibility for holding it together once they are in it.

What this is not

  • A freelancer directory
  • A team grid of fifty profiles
  • Search and filters
  • Public contact details
  • A marketplace

No public roster. No searchable directory.

What you actually engage

  1. 01

    Curation

The decision about who is needed, and who is not.

It starts with the idea, never with availability.

  2. 02

    Specialists

People with one deep craft — camera, kitchen, sound, build, service.

People we have worked with, not people we found.

  3. 03

    Project team

The small group assembled for this one project.

Small enough that everybody knows why they are there.

  4. 04

    Creative leadership

One line of direction held from concept through delivery.

So the built thing is still recognisably the approved idea.

  5. 05

    Strategic leadership

Responsibility for the decision, the budget and the room it lands in.

The part that cannot be outsourced to a list.

The client does not buy the address book. They buy the ability to bring the right people together.

Working together

Tell us what the room has to do, and we will tell you who should be in it.

How we hold a team together

  • Assembled per project, never staffed from a database.
  • Small groups. One line of direction.
  • People we have worked with, not people we found.
  • Credit where it belongs, quietly.
